合成路线图解说明: Sulfide (III) was obtained by displacing a fluoro group in 2,6-difluorobenzonitrile (I) by 3,5-dichlorothiophenol (II). Subsequent oxidation of sulfide (III) provided sulfone (IV). Finally, amination of (IV) with ammonia in a pressure vessel furnished the target amino benzonitrile.
