Title compound was prepared by condensation of 2',3'-O-isopropylidene-N-ethyl-6-chloropurine-5'-uronamide (I) with 3-cyclohexenylamine (II), followed by deprotection of the isopropylidene ketal (III) with 1 M HCl.
