合成路线图解说明: The cleavage of the butyrate group of N-[8-(butyrylsulfanyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2(R)-naphthyl)-N,N-dipropylamine (I) by means of tetrabuylammonium hydroxide in DMF/methanol gives the thiolate (II), which is then methylated with [11C]-methyl iodide to obtain the target compound.
