The reaction of 3-chloro-6-(2,4-dicliorophenyl)-pyridazine (I) with 4 hydroxypiperidine (I) in refluxing n-butano and heating gives 6-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-3-(4 hydroxypiperidino)pyridazine.
