Borate Buffer Solution pH 10.4 Dissolve 24.64 g of boric acid R in 900 mL of distilled water R. Adjust the pH (2.2.3) using a 400 g/l solution of sodium hydroxide R. Dilute to 1000 mL with distilled water R.
