Phosphate Buffer pH 4.75

Phosphate Buffer pH 4.75 Dilute 100 mL of 0.5m potassium dihydrogen orthophosphate to 800 mL with water, adjust to pH 4.75 with 0.1m sodium hydroxide and dilute to 1000 mL with water.
