Phosphate Buffer pH 5.4, Mixed Dissolve 1.76 g of disodium hydrogen orthophosphate and 13.61 g of potassium dihydrogen orthophosphate in sufficient water to produce 1000 mL. Adjust the pH with 0.05m orthophosphoric acid, if necessary.
