Phosphate Buffer Solution pH 7.0 R2 Mix 50.0 mL of a 136 g/l solution of potassium dihydrogen phosphate R with 29.5 mL of 1 M sodium hydroxide and dilute to 100.0 mL with water R. Adjust the pH (2.2.3) to 7.0 ± 0.1, Appendix V L.
