Mix and determine the exact weight and dilute to a calculated weight to obtain a solution containing 50 µg of ethylene oxide per g of solution. Weigh 10 g into a flask containing about 30 mL of water, mix and dilute to 50 mL with water (10 µg per mL of ethylene oxide).
