Potassium Hydroxide Solution, Alcoholic

Potassium Hydroxide Solution, Alcoholic Dissolve 3 g of potassium hydroxide in 5 mL of water and dilute to 100 mL with aldehyde-free ethanol (96%) and decant the clear solution. The solution should be almost colourless.
