Phosphate Buffer pH 4.0, Mixed

Phosphate Buffer pH 4.0, Mixed Dissolve 5.04 g of disodium hydrogen orthophosphate and 3.01 g of potassium dihydrogen orthophosphate in sufficient water to produce 1000 mL and adjust the pH with glacial acetic acid.
