Plasma Substrate R2

Plasma Substrate R2 Prepare from human blood containing less than 1% of the normal amount of factor IX. Collect 9 volumes of the blood into 1 volume of a 3.8% w/v solution of sodium citrate . Store in small amounts in plastic tubes at a temperature of –30° or below.
